This 60-minute webinar is designed to introduce ICB staff to the inner workings of General Practice, but is open to all interested staff.

By the end of the session, learners will understand:

• ·   how a practice partnership works and the ways in which it receives funding
• ·   what a typical staff structure looks like and what’s involved in those roles
• ·   what the GP clinical systems look like and how practice processes match patient requirements
