Who is this training for? Non-clinical members of staff who are responsible for configuring and enabling online patient record access in EMIS Web and any staff who want to know about Prospective Record Access

Aim: To enable users to manage prospective record access effectively in EMIS Web.

Learning Objectives / Outcomes – at the end of the session learners will be:

• Able to set and amend appropriate global access levels according to the practice policy and NHS requirements
• Aware of what patients will be able to see after PRA is enabled
