Who is this training for? Any practice staff who (create and) send SMS texts to patients as ad hoc messages or using templates
Aim: To enable users to ensure that SMS texts are not using more fragments than is necessary, in order to reduce costs
Learning Objectives / Outcomes – at the end of the session learners will understand:
- what a fragment is and how it is charged
- how reducing the number of fragments can help save costs
- how to reduce the number of fragments
- where to go for further support and guidance
