Who is this training for? Any practice staff who (create and) send SMS texts to patients as ad hoc messages or using templates

Aim: To enable users to ensure that SMS texts are not using more fragments than is necessary, in order to reduce costs

• what a fragment is and how it is charged
• how reducing the number of fragments can help save costs
• how to reduce the number of fragments
• where to go for further support and guidance
