N365 apps

N365 refers to the licensing agreement between Microsoft and the National Health Service (NHS) in England which provides us with access to the Microsoft 365 suite of powerful tools to help you work, learn, organise, connect and create.

When MS Teams was introduced in 2020 to support business continuity during the pandemic, we delivered training courses to help NHS staff learn the new application. As Microsoft introduced more 365 productivity apps, our training team continued to upskill so we could deliver training webinars, explain how to use the apps, and highlight some of the restrictions with the NHS software versions.

Along with the training webinars we have also created and published resources in The Learning Hub (login required) such as user guides and recorded versions of the Webinars. You can also visit or our SCW N365 SharePoint site for more information about the apps. With Microsoft continually improving and updating the apps our work is essential and ongoing to keep these resources updated. NHS organisations are now looking to increase their knowledge on other apps like OneDrive, SharePoint, DigPacks and many more and we will continue to develop learning content for all these standard apps.
If you're new to the organisation or N365, you can click the tiles below to find out more about each app.
